ESS teaches many martial skill sets, yet we realize not all situations require a combative response. Our core value is developing our students into assets. Both to themselves as well as others. To that end, we believe that our students should be able to provide aid when and where they can in situations that dictate. As such, we offer medical training courses to address some of these situations.

 

Our medical training program is by no means about making you a specialized surgeon, it's about preparing you to handle immediate trauma care situations with precision and expertise. focusing on teaching you the essential skills of rendering immediate life-saving aid. "Gutter" medicine, stop the bleed, TCCC, and backcountry medicine are some of our areas of focus. With this training, It is our goal that you'll be better equipped to handle medical emergencies in regards to not only yourself, but your team and/or family as well.
